I’m Rashel 'TrekHer' Wilson, PhD - a forest and nature therapy guide, scientist, business professional, wife and mommy of two wild-hearted kiddos.

Like many, I have an innate love for the outdoors. I used to experience it in a one-sided way - hiking, exploring, running - it kept my mind busy. I learned though, that a deeper sense of connection and restoration emerges when we engage nature as a reciprocal partner.

That realization inspired the name 'TrekHer Wilson' - symbolic of both my personal journey and the path I help clients walk. In a time of constant noise and disconnection, nature provides a way back to what matters most and I can lead the way.

As your guide, I promise to hold space in nature for your journey, in all seasons - for fun, self-exploration, or transformation. You are welcome here.
