🌱 The Vision
Right here in Kloten, we have a quiet treasure: local forest paths that many walk past but few truly walk into. That’s where this project begins.
I’m proposing a guided Nature and Forest Therapy Trail—a short, accessible path in one of our local green spaces. This trail is not intended for hiking or exercise. Instead, it is meant for slowing down, activating the senses, and restoring well-being through simple, nature-based prompts.
This approach is backed by science and utilized globally to reduce stress, improve mood, and support nervous system regulation. It’s gentle, inclusive, and profoundly needed.
🌍 Who Is It For?
This trail is designed for everyone:
Families with children seeking calm, connected time together
Seniors who require accessible forest spaces to recharge
Professionals grappling with chronic stress and burnout
Newcomers wishing to feel rooted in Kloten
Anyone desiring a moment of peace in nature
It will be freely accessible and can be experienced alone or through optional guided sessions.
